    All items are made-to-order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Incorrect sizing

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Change of mind

    Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    We will:

    • Send a replacement at no cost, OR

    • Issue a refund

    Late or Missing Refunds
    If you have not received a refund, contact your bank or payment provider.
